Having heard marvelous things about the Paris Buffet -- a group of us checked it out. When we first got there was an hour wait so we put our names on a list. When we came back at our appointed time it turns out they dissolved the whole list-- so we had to wait for 30-45 mins-- while the Matre'd allowed people she knew to the front of the line! The food was ok. I wouldn't go there again because there are much better buffets around-- like Rio or Bellagio.
