wandering around the avenue of the arts on a wednsday night, i ventured into the kimmel center and found a fabulous staff at cadence restaurant serving happy hour drink specials and appetizers underneath the kimmel center's arched glass ceiling. it proved to be a romantic night that could be spent indoors or outside on the terrace overlooking broad street. i will definately be returning for more of cadence's friendly and efficient service and their tantalizing menu.
