If you're in Hobart and get a hankerin' for pizza, KJ's is by far your best bet. While they don't have crust varieties, their topping choices are great. Besides a standard pizza, you can order a calzone or you can even eat some of their mexican cuisine they've whipped up. Two words sum it up - good stuff.
