Alva used to be one of my favorite places in the neighborhood. The best burger around and anawesome staff with a great manager. But now Kitchen 22 is just like all the other crap on Park Ave South. Too high concept, too much of a scene and impossible to get a table. I'm sure the food is ok, but it's just not the same.
