Sure, the foods not great, but the view is! If you're going for decent food that's not expensive, go there for lunch. There's either a buffet, or lunch menu to choose from, many items under $10. And while it's not as romantic during the daytime as it is at night, the view is just as impressive, if not more so. And ladies, be sure to go to the ladies room on the 96th floor- it's touted the best view in the city from there!
