I must admit that I have never been to the one on Sheridan, but I have been going to the one on 86th and Pearl for almost 30 years. This is the hamburger you remember from the drive ins. It's a huge patty, pressed flat, with onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce and mustard. Add cheese or double meat for a true gastronomic orgasm. I don't live in Denver anymore, but when I come back, I always make a trip to Jim's.
