Overall, my experience there was great. It took me less than 1 hour total to go and buy a new futon mattress for my frame at home. I called them first, and were very informative. I went there to pick it up, again, they were very informative. The good thing about their service is that they were not pushy. They let me make the decision and to me that is great service.
