I prefer a warm smile and a bad coffee to ""hey"" and a bad coffee. The pecentages aren't that bad... wrong coffee 20% of the time, wrong blend (too much or too little of something) 20%, herded like an animal with a tagged ear for tracking 20%, rude or annoying employee 20%. Add it up and I get what I pay for about 20% of the time. I only return because it's a block from my house and they never forget the caffine. Every time I go to the ""24hr"" one there is a sign ... ""back in...min."" or ""Come get me in the other area of the grocery store.""
