I had never been to Warren Scott's Salon before, and wanted to schedule a consultation prior to getting cut/color. When I made the appointment, Warren Scott answered the phone and scheduled the consultation with him personally. I rearranged my schedule and took time off of work to meet with him. When I arrived the receptionist said that Mr. Scott would be with me shortly. After waiting for more than 30 minutes he had still not appeared (he was there, I heard him in the back). I told the receptionist that I coudn't wait any longer and left. There is no excuse for the owner of this establishment to behave this way. He had my contact information and could have called to apologize for wasting my afternoon. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere, and I spend A LOT of money to keep my hair looking good!
