i can not stress to you enough that this place is definately not for those who want to be coddled. if you expect: a cute towel to wrap yourself in, soothing music, beverages and h'or d'oeuvres, and a gentle waxer, go somewhere more expensive. if you want no nonsense, quick, efficient, effective, cheap, and don't mind a little pain, you found your place. i'm definately coming back here because the service is great but for those who want frills and babying, stay away.
