My wife and I have been going to Hugo's on and off for about eight years. We've had great meals and not-so-great. The most recent was the worst -- not because of the food, but the service was abysmally slow and the management downright rude. I think the place is becoming a little tired. There are far too many great restaurants on the Strip to make a special trip for an eatery that doesn't try to earn its reputation.
