I have been eating at El Gallo for 25 years now, since I was 5. And it has the best Tex-Mex there is and at the best price. Maybe I am a little bias, but I LOVE Mexican food, and I eat at a lot or different restaurants. Nothing comes close to El Gallo. People that eat there tend to be hooked and keep going back. Why go to Pappcito's and spend $15 - $20 a person. when you can spend less then $9 and get better food at El Gallo. It is a great family place as well. And the wait staff is very friendly and the service is great. I feel at home whenever I am there. So if you live in NW Harris County and even if you don't, come try El Gallo on Jones Rd, you will go back again and again.
