I have been in several dim sum places in the city. Ton Kiang is definitely in the hi-end. The food is just great, the service is very good. Dumplings are little gems. I have taken many guests from Italy and all really loved it. Quite expensive though. If you happen to be really starving you can spend well over $25. But if you love dim-sum and you want great service, well this is the place. Another pro is the ""location"": try also the great Vietnamise restaurant cross the street (La Vie)
Pros: great dumplings, fast and good service
Cons: expensive, line on weekends
