I've been to Barbette three times in the last two months for dinner, and it has always been worth the high price. I usually sit up to the bar, and the service is great. I haven't made it through the whole menu, but nothing's been a disappointment. My hearty thanks to the chefs for the perfect salad nicoise, the flavorful fish and pork tenderloin and the apple/pastry dessert that I could taste in my dreams one night.
