I love Italian food and I love Carrabba's. Their wood fire chicken is real unique. My personal favorite is the ""triple"" which is one chicken breast of Chicken Marsalla, one with sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese and one with ham and cheese roasted over a wood fire that adds terrific flavor. (They use special types of wood but I can't remember what they are.) Even if it's not on the menu you can always ask for it and they'll make it for you with out any problems. For an appetizer try the muscles in white wine - they're fantastic. The food is great, the servers are always friendly and my family always has a good time.
