Not worthy of a 10 in my opinion. $10 for Macaroni and Cheese doesn't do much for the value rating, no matter how good. The tuna salad was excellent; the quiche was so-so. Awesome Goose Island Root Beet on draft - a must try. Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice restaurant and the food is quite good with generous portions. However, in the sea of great restaurants that Chicago is, this one is above average, but no better. For lunch I preferred Ditka's. Mity is non-smoking - a bonus. While it is in Water Tower, don't hold that against it. You'd never know you were in the mall, other than the lack of windows. Worth it if you're in the neighborhood, but not worth an exceptional effort to go there. My wife and I were visiting from out of town when we dined here.
