We had reserved the Chef's Table for 8 on Oct 12th.  Chef Bryan Moscatello and his staff prepared an unbelievable (and unique) 8 course meal with  white truffles accenting many of the courses.  It was exceptional from beginning to end.  Sommelier Chris Farnum personally selected the wines to accompany each course.  The service was outstanding and it was a privilege to watch such a well managed operation in action.  We'll all be back!  It was a very special evening made even more so by the team at Adega.
