I'm sorry, but being a native Tennessee girl, I think this food is an embarrasment to BBQ. I like Gene and his act is fun, but I'd never go back for the food. I'm afraid that some folks'd eat dirt and say they like it if they thought it was the hip thing to do. ""Emperor's New Clothes"" and all that. I'd bet the farm on the fact that you take Dixie's BBQ to a blind tasting and folks'd be singin' a whole different tune on this ""fabulous"" food.
