China Grill is quite nice looking, but our dinner this past weekend was decidedly unimpressive, especially for the money. Szechuan beef ("one of our signature dishes") had so much gristle in it that my date and I literally had to spit out pieces into our napkins. Ginger and panko halibut (a replacement for sea bass, which our waitress told us is "endangered" -- hopefully they'll start captive breeding in zoos soon) was so bland it was boring. Our waitress was friendly and nice, but a little too casual, perky, and unrefined. Stir fried long beans were tasty. Overall, definitely not worth the money for dinner. Maybe for drinks given the hip decor.
Pros: Cool decor
Cons: Mediocre food, Not worth the price
