North Point Dental has three dentists in-house. While it may be difficult to get a last minute appointment (unless there is an emergency, of course), it is well worth it.
I personally recommend Dr. Tindell if you have any fear of dentists, needles, or pain. He is a talented doctor and is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. In my last visit, he administered approximately 30 shots to numb my mouth - I didn't feel ONE of them!
