Now those of you that know me are fully aware that I have little or no patience for bad customer service no matter how wonderful the products within the store might be! I have been known on more than one occasion to never darken the doors of a store again when I have encountered bad service. At once time that was true at EXPRESS...sadly I cannot say the same these days. I used to frequent this store quite often and in fact I even applied for and received their credit card. For awhile I must be honest, I enjoyed this store, th sunny faces, the upbeat attitudes. Then it seems things began to change. Though I really cannot put my finger on the exact time things changed I can tell you that the change seemed to be centered around some of the attitudes of those working in this store. Though the styles may appear for the younger crowd upon first glance, I have noticed upon my frequent visits, more and more "soccer Mom's" perusing their wares. I have purchased more than my share of apparel from this store and while I admit it is of good quality, I also have to mention that I have not felt as if I were an important customer in this store for some time now. I don't know if it is because I am years away from my "20's' ...or if perhaps the cool attitude stems from the fact that I am not 100 lbs and 6' tall...or maybe the attitude changed when some of the associates came and went......whatever the reason, this cool attitude has met me at the door one time too often and because of this attitude I am currently in the process of canceling my account. This is my opinion....if you have a different one I invite you to write here and share it...but I'm afraid my opinion will not change...this store has lost its shine for me and that's really too bad. more
