Carl's recently pulled a bait and switch on me telling me that they could fix my water pump for $150-200 when everyone else said it would be $600+. Ultimately, they increased the price to $550 and I ok'ed the deal because it was still cheaper than everyone else. I was mildly happy with the service, but there's better in Bloomington (see my other posts).
