I had several spots and they said if I used their deep cleaning the spots would come out and I wouldn't have to spend a couple thousand for new carpeting next year. I said okay. When they finished, the carpets look great, until the next day when they were dry. There was no difference from before they cleaned - the spots were still there. They finally came out 2 weeks ago and recleaned, but by Sunday, the spots were back.
I have made several calls to them without success. No one wants to talk to me. The basic cleaning was for $29.00. I spent $349.06 and according to them I now won't need to spend thousands for new carpeting. What a lot of bull.
