Chef Rick's has good, fancy food. You're not going to go here and get a burger and fries - they definitely surve gourmet food. It is pretty expensive. I wouldn't mind paying the amount of money they charge if it were a nice restaurant, but this is a place right in the middle of a shopping center and it is very small. I would expect to be going to a really fancy restaurant for the amount of money that is charged for this food.
If you are someone who is totally into gourmet food and money isn't a big deal, and you don't mind the atmosphere lacking, then you might like it.
