I took my vehicle to them when my transmission was starting to slip. As I dropped the car off, I was given an approximate time that the estimate would be ready and was asked if I needed a ride home. (Nice touch!)
The estimate was ready when it was promised and I wasn't given any pressure to immediately put it in the shop. I was nervous that as a woman, that they would put big pressure on me to get it done immediately, but the mechanic explained in detail what would need to be serviced and told me that it could wait until I'd priced around, if I felt comfortable.
I did price other garages and they were a tiny bit higher. I called and told them this and they agreed to meet the other garage's price.
My car was ready at the promised time, they guaranteed their work and they were courteous to me.
I've not had any problems with my vehicle since it was repaired.
