Im totally spoiled by the excellent service at Nowood saturn and since i bought a Saab am very frustrated. BFM are very nice people but they took a long time ( weeks ) and the bills seemed high. couple of call backs too. so Im going to try Herb Chambers today (out of the frying pan...??) stay tuned/
