We had our house inspected by them before we bought it. The didn't find any termites (thank goodness) which helped us determine whether the house was a wise investment for us. They have offered to come out again to do pest service, but we have declined their offers as we do not have a problem with bugs at our place. It's nice to know that they are there if we need them though. I trust that they will do a good job if we ever choose to use them for our exterminators in the future. They did a good job inspecting the house for termites.
