Garcia's is an interesting mix of adequate food, good service and poor extras. The atmosphere is minimal in style, the service is great but the food is just adequate for the price. The tea, for example, is alway cloudy with an unusual taste to it.
It's a "have to" type restaurant. If you are hungry and have to eat right now, stop on in. Otherwise, go ahead and find another restaurant to dine at for the evening.
