I like to go see the chiropractor once a month. I love that they offer massage before getting adjusted. I really think it makes a big difference in how well my adjustments go.
I've always had lower back pain, but Dr. Alice & Dr. Kevin make the pain managable. And they always get me in right away when I feel like my back is going to start to spasm.
