I know Le Peep from my hometown, Denver. I always have liked their breakfast, so we were pretty sure this would be good, too.
Happily it was just what we needed on a late Sunday morning. This part of Phoenix is eerily quiet on a weekend, but we were glad to not have to wait for a table. The food was predictable, but good, breakfast foods: omelets, pancakes, etc.
The coffee, I have to say, was AWEFUL, as they made it with tap water. (Phoenix tap water tastes salty, so you get salty coffee - nasty!)
But, we had a sunny, shaded outdoor breakfast. So, in spite of the bad coffee, I liked this place and our meal.
