Well, granted it is salad you start with. But, the all-you-can-eat concept still makes me think of the movie, "Super-Size Me." There is nothing special about the food here, except that it seems to have been put out recently and is fairly fresh. Oh, and quantity. Did I mention there is a lot of food?
The concept is you walk through a salad bar and load up your plate with as much stuff as you want. Then you go to the pasta/pizza/soup/bread/dessert line to get more food. Again, it all seems fresh/recently made. But, we are talking QUANTITY here, and there is no promise of quality, much less organic.
The interior is, well, a lot like a Payless Shoe Store. Do you like bright lights and row upon row of tables? Do you like loud? Do you like a chow-down focus?
The other oddity is that you can not get a glass of wine with your dinner. Coke? Sure.
Ok. Maybe I am the odd one here. I just really thought this was a weird, weird concept.
