Ladd's is a nice place for family dining. The service is good and quick. The people are friendly. They have something for the whole family. The setting is casual and the prices are reasonable. The tables seemed a little close together for my taste when we visited. There were not many young families there but they were thrilled to have the little ones and were very accommodating. I wouldn't count it as my favorite food wise. It is a nice place when you are looking for someplace accommodating, though, from baby to grandma.
So, it is not my personal taste, but when family is in town, that is where they want to go.
