My children and I have been patients at Mercy Care Marion for many years. The doctor with whom we work has always taken time to answer my questions, and the questions that my children have had over the years. Although there have been a number of changes in the nursing staff over the years, all of the nurses have been very caring and kind. I have also been impressed by the office staff and especially those in the billing area who worked with me over a period of several months to straighten out an issue with my insurer.
