Moxley was the name of a dog who's owner one day decided to open an ice cream shop, hence the name "Moxley's". With fresh, homemade ice cream and an amazing assortment of flavors, Moxley's ice cream is an addiction for those who live in Towson.
With one location across from the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium and another in the "circle" in Towson by Towson Town Center Mall, getting to a Moxley's in that area is convenient.
Decorated with a bit of an "old time ice cream parlor" look with scoopable ice cream and a large array of toppings, Moxley's has an interesting and highly addictve business going on.
Local and good, Moxley's is great to visit during the summer (and even in the winter!)
