We acquired our first mortgage through Premium Mortgage Corporation. They are conveniently located on Monroe Ave in Pittsford. Plenty of parking and convenient hours. They were thorough in their search for the best mortgage rate for us. their application fee was average and the process was pretty painless. I was disappointed however that the broker we were dealing with made an oversight that thankfully was corrected but could have cost us quite a bit of money. Overall a professional, friendly staff. A good value.
