Good: Impeccable workmanship, detailed, excellent results - spots or soil did not reappear after cleaning as it did with other cleaners (Stanley Steemer, Servpro, Service Master & Chem-Dry). Very honest people. Owner is a police officer!. Bad: That I didn't know about this compnay, sooner!!!!. Improvements: None. Other: Beautiful, quality results, carpets dry after cleaning, no wet or musty odors and no waiting for carpets to dry. Carpets were clean, sanitized and had a very pleasing "fresh" scent! No detergents left in carpets and no add-ons to raise the prices - this company does not use them! Good people to do business with - highly recommend and I mean highly! They know their business!.
