Good: My Instructors did a great job but I did not care for how their manager treated them in front of the parents.. Bad: Also, I have witnessed the manager being very unprofessional to some of the parents and she is not afraid to do it in the open instead of conducting her business behind close doors. I found the managment to be very abusive and I do not feel comfortable for my children to be subjected to this kind of environment. I will not be returning.. Improvements: New Manager. Other: The dressing room showers are not warm. The water is always cold..
