So I went in to open an account and no one was able to help me. A short chunky blonde lady came out of an office and asked me what I needed help with. I told her I was interested in opening up an account. She said let me find someone. Came back 5 minutes later and said well I guess I can help you. I had several questions regarding COmpass because I was new to Texas. She was rude and acted like she did not want to be there. I ended up not opening up an account. Customer service is so important to me. I knew I was not going to get it with this bank. Went across the street to Bank of America.
