I was stuck in a wheelchair after a car accident and the cleaning crew, knowing they would hear me coming if I was coming upstairs on crutches to check on them, used the opportunity to steal from me. They stole two brand new $25 Yankee Candles right out of the box they arrived in a couple days before and three bottles of wine worth over $100ea. Supervisor 'Cathy' sides with dishonest employees (nobody steals and confesses the next day!) and blames my home healthcare nurse (who has never left my sight OR been in the room the property vanished from!) and my friend & roommate of 5yrs for the theft. Absolutely pathetic customer service and **horribly overpriced** even when the job is done honestly. DON'T BOTHER! 'Merry Maids' is just a familiar name... this company is actually Shebren, Inc. Trust me... Go elsewhere with your money before they go elsewhere with your stuff!
