The hose on the sink faucet has been unattached since it broke off last month. The other day, I was really tired, and I totally forgot this when I went to rinse some dishes after eating. Water exploded everywhere and the whole room was soaked, including some important paper I had of my notes for my thesis. I wound up calling this company to help clean up the water, and they were also able to "freeze dry" my papers to save them!!! They were awesome!!!
