I recently had to call an electrician to replace a light switch in one of my children's bedrooms, I know I should have been able to do it, but I couldn't. Anyway I called, and Jims electric was able to get someone to our house right away. I was very pleased with this. The work was done in a timely manner, and everything seemed to work great. Then I got the bill. I was prepared for the labor charge, but was shocked when I looked at the parts, and was charged $34.00 for a part which can be purchased a menards for $9.99. There were 2 other parts that were also inflated. When I asked about this I was told that this is their cost. I find that hard to believe, because if that was true why don't' they just go to menards and get there parts? Overall good service, and fast. High priced parts.
