Dr. Pollock is a nice guy. I haven't had to wait very long for appointments. However, this is at Columbia Presbyterian where apparently on Tuesdays everyone and their dog needs to get xrays done. It took me about 2 hours to get my xrays done, after that my appointment didn't take long at all. I went back on a Wednesday though for the next appt and was in and out in less than an hour.
