Safeway Gas offers great prices on the fuel. If you have a Safeway frequent shopper card you get 3 cents off the posted price per gallon. Plus, each time you spend $50 at Safeway on groceries you get another 3 cents off the posted price. With prices getting close to $3 a gallon, saving 6 cents a gallon makes a pretty big difference!
They also recently started accepting American Express cards, which is a big plus for me. If you are like me and avoided them before because they wouldn't accept American Express, give them another shot. You won't find better gas prices anywhere in Chandler.
