My husband and I rented our first apartment together from Fish. The rent was pretty cheap, especially compared to others in the area. However, the complex was not well maintained. The only had one superintendent for the whole complex. The poor guy had too much work to do. They also didn’t do a great job on snow plowing and we would often have to shovel ourselves out. The place was decent, but we they managed their properties better.
