We went to Boston Tile for two different projects and had two different experiences. The first time we got some beautiful tile for our kitchen floor. While in the showroom we got adequate customer service. On subsequent visits (for another project) we were basically ignored and ended up getting our tile from a different place. Not sure what was different, and although we like our kitchen tile, we will probably shop somewhere else next time.
