I recently received an order from Zanadia.com and found out it was the wrong item -- I had picked the wrong one, not their fault. I emailed them asking about an exchange and they have been so helpful and friendly. The thing I like the most about their system is that unlike Zappos.com when you make a return that is a gift they don't have to return the item to the credit card that made the purchase and then charge the card again to "sell" the other item to you, it is a straight exchange. I would definitely recommend this site again for gifts, handbags, etc. Great service!
