This is the first and last time that I will use this dry cleaners. I was in a hurry and decided to use the one closest to where I live.
They overcharged me for items, and when I questioned them about it, they could not explain to me why a long button up qulited shirt was being doubled charged as a sport coat.
They also charged 75 cents more for each silk item and I have never been charged this fee before elsewhere.
7 items cost me $60. That is very expensive and they do not even use environmentally friendly cleaning methods.
