I recently had a rep at my house. He was very deatailed on helping me with my window needs. I had several companys out and decided to go with penguin due to the quality and expertise they have. I have had several bad experiences with other home improvement companys so no subs was a must for me. The sales rep did promise a lot my thought was well if they deliver half as much as he says I would be pleased. I got the window put in the other day and so fare every thing was delivered as promised witch was great. I have owned my home for over 15 years now had had several projects done.
