This set of chairs and the table and other set of chairs I purchased are just what I was looking for. The purchase had some rough spots with the quality control of the Italian manufacturer, but Ballard Design has been completely cooperative and helpful in resolving my issues and problems. I am very happy with Ballard Design's policies and practices.
