A suggestion to help people observe the speed limit in the Buena Vista sub-division would be to put at least 2 or 3 speed breakers on E. Thunderbird and N. Thunderbird. Space these breakers apart, because it is unbelieveable how fast people will drive as they enter or leave the sub-division.
